For the first time in the company’s history, ANOKHI MEDIA will be bringing together it’s entire portfolio of brands in The ANOKHI EMPOWER ME Campaign, to mark a 15-year milestone across their content, social, influencer, e-Marketing, and event platforms. They will be presenting a retrospective on key personalities from the South Asian community who’s contribution to global society over the same 15 years, has had a tremendously positive impact on industry and society, thus empowering current and future generations to strive for and accomplish a more inclusive and diverse future of change makers.
THE ANOKHI ‘EMPOWER ME’ CAMPAIGN:

“We decided to use our 15-year milestone to honour the community that we have built, serve, and advocate for, by telling the story of our diaspora that has risen from obscurity to centre-stage during ANOKHI’s tenure. We chose to do this through releasing a compilation online called The ANOKHI POWER List 2018, where for a period of 30 days, we will be time-releasing 50 profiles of people who have staked a permanent claim on their respective industries, and coloured the map of humanity forever.
Some of them will share their truths during an intimate networking event called The ANOKHI POWER Summit 2018, taking place on Saturday November 3rd, 2018 in Toronto (10.00am to 5.30pm). During the Summit, we will be honouring some of the List alumni in a first of its kind daytime awards show – The ANOKHI POWER Awards 2018, and to end off the day, we will be celebrating their success during The ANOKHI POWER Ball 2018 (9.00pm to 1.00am), which will focus on a red-carpet reception and live musical performances with a Bollywood masquerade theme.”
THE EVENT VENUE:
The event is taking place at one of Toronto’s premier conference venues, the Sheraton Centre Hotel, 123 Queen Street, Toronto, where a special hotel accommodation discount has been arranged for out of town guests.
